The storyline of this game is pretty crazy. In short, you got 3 girls, and you get to bang them all, one way or another. Just pick the 2 things based on the dialogue. For the first girl, pick-up the 2 balls, for the middle girl, pick-up the gun and bullets, and for the girl on the right, pick-up the dildo, and the black lace strap-on.
